We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Headteacher to join our vibrant and successful school (for pupils aged 11-19). The post-holder will have oversight of Key Stage 4 pastoral / academic progress. We require someone who is experienced, willing to implement a systematic Discipline and Behaviour Policy and drive academic progress for all Key Stage 4 pupils. You will work with a young, enthusiastic team of professionals who believe in our motto that 'Attitude Determines Altitude'.
