Salary: Starting at GBP 18,556.20 for 22.5 hours/week, up to GBP 32,654 (FTE), NJC Salary scale 6.
Hours: 22.5 hours/week, 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday (may include some bank holidays).

The Role
The post holder will provide engagement services with neighbors, the local community, visiting professionals, clients, volunteers, and staff of LDHAS, aligning with its aims and objectives.
They will have lived experiences supporting LDHAS's work, up-to-date knowledge of key stakeholders, support networks, and agencies, and will liaise with homeless hub organizations as needed.
The role involves supporting LDHAS clients, motivating and enabling their engagement, advocating for them, and creating a psychologically safe environment for assessments. The postholder will share information about LDHAS services, facilitate access to key stakeholder services, and support clients with clothing, shower, and laundry facilities.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily center operations, managing donations and footfall, ensuring health and safety protocols, safeguarding, maintaining good relations with neighbors and the community, and ensuring clients conduct themselves appropriately.
