Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Researcher on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its Barbour ABI business.

About The Role
As a Researcher you will be researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate valuable data insights for our clients. You will receive full training from our in‑house Research Training Manager, which includes one‑to‑one training, group workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching.
Key Accountabilities
* Research current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
* Interact directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on construction information.
* Manage your own workload to ensure project information is current, correct and delivered on time to meet department expectations.
* Achieve KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
* Consult with other colleagues within the business.
* Build relationships with contacts within the construction industry.
Requirements
* Desirable, but not essential, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inbound or outbound calling role, such as a contact centre or customer service.
* Effective communicator, active listener and excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to work towards and achieve KPIs.
* Resilience and strong work ethic.
* Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high‑quality output.
* Collaborator with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team succeed.
* Diligence and excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or similar.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Accountable.
