The successful candidate will also take on the role of Pupil Support Coordinator, playing a central role in ensuring every child achieves their potential. Work collaboratively at school, cluster, and local authority levels. Show evidence of making a positive difference to children’s learning and lives. The ideal candidate will: Hold (or be working towards) a recognised leadership qualification. Have strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, support and motivate others. Be confident in using data to inform practice and drive improvement. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships across the school community. Have a deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, inclusive practice, and continuous professional learning.
