Summary We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide Supported Living Care across 8 different services in Caerphilly, Blackwood, and Risca. If you’re looking for a role where every day brings something new, this is for you! Flexible part-time, permanent positions – 20 or 30 hours per week (sleep-in as extra) Consistent schedules – Enjoy every other weekend off Varied shifts – Mornings, afternoons (8am – 11pm), wakeful nights & one sleep-in shift per week A rewarding role – Every day is unique, making a real impact on people’s lives Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support [and current legal guidance], this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female. While Experience In Supporting Individuals With Physical Or Mental Health Needs Is a Plus, We’re Looking For People Who Are Caring & compassionate – Driven to help others live independently Enthusiastic & proactive – Ready to bring energy and fresh ideas Team players & self-starters – Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively If you have experience with Positive Behaviour Support Plans, that’s a bonus—but your attitude and commitment are what truly count! An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £ 24,531 (FTE) Sleep in rate - £64.62 Wakeful night rate - £12.5 20% Night rate of 1.5 x hourly rate.
