Facilities Manager, Project Engineer, or Mobilization Engineer required in Birmingham and Stratford in East London. There are two positions available, one for each location.
The role
Manage transition from build to handover to FM client.
1. Manage the Operations and Maintenance manuals (O&M's) for handover to the client.
2. Accept the O&M's from the builder once satisfied that everything is fit for purpose.
3. Reject, if necessary, with a written report highlighting any defects.
4. Lead client meetings to discuss progress and concerns.
The person
* Highly compliant individual.
* Mechanical or Electrical bias.
* Able to write accurate reports.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 12-month+ contract working with one of the UK's largest FM companies and their blue-chip client.
