Shift Lead Industrial Cleaner (Nights) – Redditch. Salary up to £40,000 per annum. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shift pattern 4 on, 3 off nights (6:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Responsibilities
 * Leading, supervising, and motivating a team of industrial cleaners during the night shift.
 * Overseeing and participating in the high-risk cleaning of production lines, machinery, and facilities within a busy seafood factory.
 * Operating specialist cleaning equipment, including high-pressure jet washers, to achieve an exceptional standard of cleanliness.
 * Ensuring strict adherence to all health & safety, COSHH, and food safety regulations.
 * Conducting pre-shift briefings, delegating tasks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
 * Training and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience supervising or leading a team in an industrial or manufacturing cleaning environment.
 * Hands‑on experience with industrial cleaning methods, including proficient use of jet washing equipment.
 * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
 * A keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to high standards.
 * Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols.
 * Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently during the night shift.
 * Experience in a food production or high‑care environment is highly advantageous.
