Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued shareholders. You’ll engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and written correspondence. This role is primarily phone-based, combining live client interaction with independent case investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver top-notch service while managing client conversations with confidence.
* Execute telephone trades accurately and efficiently, adhering to client instructions and regulatory requirements.
* Handle a range of shareholder queries, providing clear and confident technical support.
* Investigate discrepancies on shareholder accounts, using sound judgment and attention to detail.
* Drive first-point-of-contact resolution, taking ownership until issues are fully resolved.
* Proactively manage daily open cases to ensure timely follow-up and excellent client experience.
* Maintain accountability for the quality and accuracy of all work, measured against productivity and client outcomes.
* Adapt quickly to various processes and service expectations across multiple management companies.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement, efficiency, and enhanced client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a client service or contact centre environment is essential.
* Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, regulated environment.
* Comfort in managing workload under pressure, making informed decisions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
* Educated to secondary school level or equivalent experience.
