1. This is a role to support the Vigo sales team in the UK.
2. This sales team requires an experienced Solution Consultant to support the growth of the Vigo TMS and WMS product streams across its target sector.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Working with the Sales team to build demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and documentation, and to enhance our core demonstration capabilities.
4. Attending workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements, and documenting their outcomes.
5. Building and presenting software demonstrations that show our solutions can meet and exceed customer requirements and provide business benefits.
6. Working closely with our Professional Services Group (PSG), Support, and Development teams to develop customer propositions, ensuring that the business understands the real customer requirements and that the best available solutions are implemented to meet their needs.
7. Ensuring all presales requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations are documented for a smooth handover to PSG and other teams.
8. Incorporating the latest developments into our demonstrations and collaborating with product teams to adopt new features, setting up and documenting these on demonstration systems.
9. Maintaining and enhancing core demonstration data sets to best represent a live trading environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Essential:

10. Ability to understand and convert business processes and requirements into presentations and demonstrations that showcase business benefits and why Vigo is the right partner.
11. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
12. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups, from CEOs to warehouse operatives, and to maintain effective team relationships.
13. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work with limited guidance.
14. Adaptability, conscientiousness, initiative, and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

15. Knowledge of the Vigo product portfolio.
16. Experience with Vigo core markets.
17. Understanding of the Transport and Warehousing industry.
18. Previous pre-sales experience.

This role involves travel; therefore, a valid driving license is essential.
