Key Responsibilities:

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independent thought.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental development.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in Psychology or a related field.
* A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching psychology at secondary school level is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of psychological theory and its practical application.
