Your new role As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial insight. You will take ownership of cost accounting, production analysis, inventory valuation and monthly management reporting, while partnering closely with operational teams to drive efficiencies and improve profitability. What you'll need to succeed * Experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment is essential. * Strong technical understanding of standard costing and variance analysis. * Qualified or part qualified ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent). * A proactive self starter who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment. * Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence operational teams.
