A lovely couple based in Gloucestershire are seeking a friendly, reliable and very flexible part-time live-in housekeeper to support them in their home on a long-term basis. Working two days a week mainly on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm (with flexibility required). The role involves general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, some simple cooking and keeping the home running smoothly. The couple have two small dogs and donkeys, so an animal lover is essential, with occasional care of the dogs and feeding hay to the donkeys required. A self-contained one-bedroom cottage is provided with all utilities included. Not suitable for a partner or pets. The successful candidate must be a driver with their own car and be adaptable, trustworthy and happy to fit around the household’s needs. Salary is negotiable for the right person on a self-employed basis. Role to commence as soon as the right candidate is found.
