Responsibilities
* Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS or relevant accounting standards.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
* Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
* Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required by the leadership team.
Profile
A successful Group Reporting Analyst should have:
* A professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA - with a background in a top tier practice.
* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
* Experience in the property industry or a similar sector is beneficial.
