Location: Colchester Background check required: DBS - Enhanced Closing Date: 30 June 2024 We're looking for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join our PFI contracts team based on sites across North Essex. Location: North Essex - Harwich & Colchester sites. Contract: Full Time, Permanent. What will you be responsible for? As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the hard services team, supporting them in maintenance tasks across the sites. Your day to day will include: carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance variations and call out rota across this PFI contract all M&E, water Hygiene and fabric maintenance across both sites ensuring all M&E plant equipment data is kept up to date being appointed as the LV Authorised Person for the contract under the HTM06-02 What are we looking for? This role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer is great for you if: You have relevant industry qualifications with fault finding and planned maintenance experience. You have experience in first line response of all Electrical & Mechanical equipment, ranging from Lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, minor works, AHUs, air conditioning, boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, generators, fire alarm, security and access control systems. You'll need to have the following, or equivalent to a NVQ Level 3 certification, Electrical 18th Edition 2382, inspection and testing 2391-52 and C&G 2360/ 2330/2356/2357/ AM1 and AM2.
