Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and growing team at The Village Surgery in Barnet (EN4 8RF). The role offers up to 6 sessions per week, with one session on Thursday PM, in a forward‑thinking practice that embraces technology and values clinician wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Undertake routine and urgent GP consultations, both face‑to‑face and remotely.
* Manage a clinical workload appropriate to the number of contracted sessions.
* Participate in the practice’s duty doctor/on‑call rota, including triage and management of eConsults and same‑day patient requests.
* Review and action clinical correspondence, pathology results and other clinical administration.
* Work closely with pharmacists, nursing staff and PCN colleagues to deliver coordinated patient care.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, service development and the achievement of practice and PCN objectives.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical records.
* Participate in clinical meetings and event reviews where appropriate.

* GP Partner serving as PCN Clinical Lead and Borough Clinical Facilitator for the Change Management Programme
* Salaried GP leading as PCN Clinical Pharmacist Lead
* Salaried GP who is the PCN Frailty Champion
