Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented Architect with strong leadership skills and proven experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects. The role spans the entire project lifecycle, from front-end design and concept development through to delivery and construction.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior design and landscape specialists, to create innovative solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead design teams and coordinate across disciplines.
* Develop architectural concepts and manage projects from inception to completion.
* Oversee design management, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
* Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and submissions.
* Contribute to accreditations and compliance processes.
* Support bids, tenders, and programming activities.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in healthcare, education, or other large-scale sectors.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
* Proficiency in Revit (mandatory; refresher training provided).
* Excellent design, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to balance creativity with delivery-focused project management.
