Job Description
* Managing and reporting on Retail and Head Office compliance of our Time and Attendance System
* Reporting on and assisting users with Timesheet errors and issues ensuring that data supplied to payroll is accurate and up to date
* Administration of Kronos, our Time & Attendance system, including creating and managing users, Hyperfinds and permissions
* Working with Retail and Head Office departments to ensure compliance of company HR and T&A Policies
* Creating and publishing compliance reporting and escalating where necessary
* Monitoring support mailboxes and responding to queries/issues
* Writing and maintaining accurate support documentation
Qualifications
* General interest in IT and utilising technology to improve efficiencies
* Excellent administration and organisational skills including strong verbal and written English
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail
* Good typing skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
