This pioneering company began with a single live stream in 2010 and has grown into a global stage for emerging artists and scenes. With a presence in 300+ cities, it connects local music communities with global audiences through live events, apparel, film, and digital media—all while staying true to its grassroots ethos.
They’re hiring a Vice President of Business Development to join the senior leadership team. This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for scaling brand partnerships across events, content, apparel, and sponsorship. You’ll work closely with the Founder and COO to shape global commercial strategy and drive new revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Lead brand partnerships across events, sponsorship, content, and apparel
* Build and grow strategic relationships with top-tier global brands
* Scale a high-performing business development function internationally
* Target new sectors: fashion, lifestyle, tech, sports
* Translate cultural insights into compelling commercial opportunities
* Represent the brand at senior levels with cultural fluency
* Convert early brand conversations into strategic proposals
* Collaborate across creative and delivery teams on campaign execution
* Manage CRM pipeline and forecast against revenue targets
* Monitor market trends and refine the commercial offering
Experience sought:
* Proven record in closing high-value brand/media deals
* Deep understanding of youth culture and the creative industry
* Strong leadership and team-scaling experience
* Commercially sharp and confident in negotiations
* Skilled at building relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Organised, CRM-proficient, and calm under pressure
* Experience in music, fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
* Existing network of brand contacts preferred
