Role Description
Working collaboratively between both the design and installation teams, the Installation Managers role is a pivotal part of delivering successful projects to our clients.
Responsibilities
Assisting the design team during the review and sign off process before manufacture.
Conducting detailed site-surveys and liaising with on-site contractors both in the lead up to and during the installation process.
Helping co-ordinate the entire installation process on site with our fitting teams.
Overseeing the onsite client handover process of the project following completion of the installation along with addressing any cabinetry servicing and adjustments that may be required.
* Liaising regularly and building strong working relationships with the workshops and other production partners.
Required Experience
Experience within the high end, residential design and bespoke joinery / kitchen industry.
5+ years experience in similar roles operating as an Installations Manager.
A broad experience of high end furniture installation
Ability to conduct detailed site surveys and working in an onsite setting with contractors and installation teams.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
A positive and proactive working attitude coupled with an ability to work within a team collaboratively.
Ability to efficiently manage
the workload and assist others in managing theirs.
Full, clean driving licence.
Authorised to work in the UK.
