CMR are working with the UKs leading contractor payroll provider to find a New Business Consultant to support contractors with their onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience with temporary workers, contractors, payroll or recruitment. This is an office based role, with a basic salary of £32,500 and an OTE of £58,000. A joy to do business with Main Areas of Responsibility Business Expansion and Growth To excel in providing initial consultations to warm leads in order to win more customer contractors To build relationships with new clients to encourage more referrals To go the extra mile when speaking to clients in order to win more business To ensure IR35 and compliance processes are implemented at all times To chase non-live opportunities Ensure SLAs are met in the New Business team for all customers Relationship building To proactively nurture new and existing customer relationships by providing an inspirational level of customer service in line with the PayStream brand on a day-to-day basis To monitor and resolve all customer issues and complaints quickly and tenaciously, ensuring that the integrity of the relationship is maintained Communication To provide compliant verbal and written service descriptions and initial consultations To advise and assist customers sending back starter packs or completing the joining portal online Handling telephone and email enquiries from customers and clients To resolve customer and client complaints arising on a day-to-day basis Reporting To ensure attention to detail in all reporting To monitor and keep a record of each of the consultations carried out and continue this through the starter process Culture To promote the culture of PayStream by demonstrating the cultural values of the team - best service delivery T o support and demonstrate the PayStream culture Advocates of the brand - market leaders Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Initial consultation numbers should be in line with the team, whilst working towards a conversion target.
