What you\'ll be doing
* Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
* Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to address HR matters and support workforce initiatives
* Assist in employee engagement, training coordination, and HR communications
* Prepare HR metrics and reports for management
* Provide HR support to assigned teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
* Support manpower planning, performance management, and HR programme implementation
What we\'re looking for
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
* 3 - 5 years of HR experience in business partnering, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
* Demonstrated experience in HR processes, employee relations, and HR systems
* Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
