We’re a small, well-established accountancy practice in Oxfordshire looking for an Accountant to take ownership of a varied client portfolio and play a hands-on role in a close-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own portfolio of owner-managed business clients
* Preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts
* Handling VAT and tax returns
* Providing proactive advice on tax planning and business performance
* Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
* ACA / ACCA qualified /QBE
* Strong all-round practice experience
* Confident communicator with a personal, client-focused approach
* Comfortable with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and Excel
* Happy working independently in a small-firm setting
