The Role: As the IT Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of their IT support team, handling employee-related IT support cases across all UK offices. From system maintenance to troubleshooting, you'll ensure seamless operations and empower our employees with top-notch technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain corporate computer systems
* Monitor systems and security, taking swift action when needed
* Collaborate with internal IT staff to resolve service disruptions
* Deploy and maintain IT equipment locally and remotely
* Keep accurate records of corporate accounts and IT inventory
* Assist in deploying new hardware and software solutions
* Provide tier I and II technical support to employees
* Attend meetings and contribute to technical discussions
* Embrace teamwork and perform assigned duties with dedication
Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop OS and LAN/WAN technologies
* Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and VoIP management
* Experience with system management tools and client/server environments
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
