Marketing Lead
to help shape what's next.
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing function. You'll shape and deliver our brand strategy to drive growth, awareness, and engagement, ensuring Universal Colours continues to stand out in a competitive market.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while also getting stuck in to deliver impactful work.
What you'll do:
* Develop and own a marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision and commercial objectives.
* Define and report on clear objectives and KPIs across awareness, acquisition, retention, and community engagement.
* Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, ambassadors, content, events, PR).
* Oversee storytelling and content creation across all platforms, ensuring consistency with our tone of voice and values.
* Manage the marketing calendar and campaign timelines.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (ecommerce, design, product) to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Brief and manage external agencies and freelancers (PR, creative, paid media).
* Provide direction and leadership to the marketing team to ensure alignment across functions.
* Set and manage marketing budgets.
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within premium consumer, fashion, or sportswear brands.
* A proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that deliver measurable results.
* Hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, content, PR, and events.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
* A creative thinker with a commercial mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
* A passion for cycling would be highly advantageous.
