Recruitment Consultant - Pangea (Manchester, London, New York, Dubai)

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for running a full-360 desk within your vertical, working closely with our leadership team and partnering with hiring managers across our client base.
What you can expect in this role:
* Working on a hot desk with several active clients, high deal values and ongoing expansion/investment
* Responsible for running recruitment processes from start to finish including new business development, account management, candidate sourcing, process management and ensuring successful placement
* Become a subject matter expert and build out a network within your market vertical
* Working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement new processes to improve how we do business
* Act as a mentor to junior team members

We are looking for:
* Experience within a 360 recruitment agency recruitment role, ideally with sector knowledge across BESS, engineering, construction, commodity trading, clean tech or an equally technical role
* A strong billing track record
* Experience with proactive candidate and client generation techniques and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo or equivalent
* Comfortable utilising CRM software to manage and track recruitment processes
* Energy sector knowledge will be helpful but not essential, we will provide you with the tools needed to expand your market knowledge
* Ability to demonstrate the following skills: communication, resilience, drive, solution mindset, team orientation, commerciality and strategic thinking
