Contract: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 basic (OTE up to £71,500 in your first year)
Annual Bonus: Up to 21% of salary
Lead with Purpose in Our 3-Bed EBD Children’s Home We’re looking for a compassionate, results-driven individual to lead a dedicated care team at our 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Wisbech. This is your opportunity to make a real difference to young lives while building a rewarding leadership career with a leading provider of education and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading a stable and committed team to deliver outstanding therapeutic care
* Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and child-centred home environment
* Driving continuous improvement and delivering strong outcomes for young people
* Overseeing staffing, care planning, supervision, and performance
* Managing budgets and financial performance of the home
* Embedding safeguarding and compliance in everyday practice
* Acting as a visible leader and role model for staff and residents
What You’ll Need:
* 3+ years’ experience in a senior role within a residential children’s care setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong working knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, care standards, and safeguarding
* A hands-on leadership style, with compassion and accountability at its core
* Full UK driving licence and the ability to participate in on-call duties
