Office Manager
Due to continued expansion our well established client is seeking an experienced office manager to join their head office based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Main responsibilities of this Office Manager role:
* Provide leadership and direction to administrative staff, including task assignment, training and performance management
* Promote teamwork and professional growth
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, respond to enquiries and resolve issues
* Assist in the development and implantation of administrative processes and policies to improve effectiveness
* Maintain effective communication channels within the office
* Generate reports and analysis on office operations, identifying areas for improvement
* Monitor key performance indicators related to office productivity
Skills and experience required for this Office Manager role:
* Proven experience in office and administration within a supervisory role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and delegate responsibilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in office software applications
* Knowledge of administrative procedures, policies and best practices
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Job Details of this Office Manager role:
* Salary £28,000 - £30,000
