Project Work: Support small capital and upgrade projects by designing, specifying, and installing electrical equipment. Team Leadership: Supervise a small team of in-house electricians and external contractors. Technical Authority: Act as the go-to expert for all electrical matters, including hazardous area classifications (ATEX, BS60079). Health, Safety & Environment: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations. Training & Development: Manage the development of the electrical team, including training plans and technical growth. What We’re Looking For RQF Level 3 (or equivalent) in a practical electrical discipline (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3) Minimum 5 years’ experience post-qualification in an industrial setting At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineer role Familiarity with ATEX standards and hazardous area installations CompEx (Ex01-04 & Ex05-06) qualifications preferred — or willingness to train Strong organisational and communication skills, with a flexible and hands-on approach Job Ref: EN866 Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
