Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the company's growth strategy. The manager will also oversee marketing initiatives, monitor competitor activity, and report on performance metrics to senior management, ensuring the company's objectives are achieved and its market presence strengthened.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
