As a Customer Insight Analyst at Screwfix, you’ll be the voice of our customer—analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and making a tangible impact in a customer-centric business.
Working with our Customer Insight Manager, you’ll lead research projects, bring customer stories to life, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer needs are prioritized. If you enjoy storytelling with data and turning insights into action, this role is for you.
