Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or Conveyancer), 5+ Years PQE, Stockport, up to c GBP 60,000 (DOE): We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive conveyancer with 5+ years PQE to join a dynamic and client-focused property team. JOB REF:0306.
The Role
* You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
* With support from an established team and modern systems, you'll deliver high-quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience.
Skills Required
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* Minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
