Overview
The post holder will work as an administrator with the pharmacy homecare team processing prescriptions and invoices and dealing with queries. This is a part-time position over 27 hours per week - hours to be agreed but will be within the office opening hours Monday- Friday.
Post Description
* Raise orders via the patient-specific ordering system (EMIS) against homecare prescriptions and ensure they reach the homecare company in time for the next delivery date.
* Process homecare invoices using the patient-specific ordering system (EMIS).
* Monitor and maintain all pharmacy databases that relate to homecare services.
* Provide cover and support for other homecare staff as required.
