In this role, you will drive sales growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader passionate about technical products and business development.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team to achieve outstanding results.\n * Research, identify, and evaluate new and existing business opportunities.\n * Develop and execute strategic business development plans.\n * Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to refine sales strategies.\n * Plan and budget for sustainable growth and profitability.\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major customers.\n * Support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in meeting and exceeding sales targets.\n * Deliver monthly KPI, sales, and business development reports.\n * Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and communication across the business.\n * Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction.\nSkills & Experience:\n * Proven experience within the self-adhesive materials industry or related technical sectors such as chemistry, manufacturing, or label printing\n * A hunter’s mindset with a passion for opening new business opportunities\n * Strong affinity for technical products, even without a formal chemistry background\n * Exceptional networking and communication skills in a B2B environment\n * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team\n * Demonstrated success in managing people and achieving sales growth targets\n * Energy, loyalty, passion, and a strategic mindset for business development\nQualifications:\n * Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience\n * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar sales leadership role\n * Proven track record of driving substantial business growth\n * Strong planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making skills\nWhy Join HERMA?\nAt HERMA, we combine advanced manufacturing technology with an unwavering commitment to innovation.
