You will be joining an existing trades team at one of the largest employers in the Aberdeen area. They are able to offer the right person a long-term, ongoing contract with great additional perks and the ability to work on a variety of projects across the city.Your new role
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on domestic properties in Aberdeen
* Perform repairs, installations, and refurbishments to a high standard
* Contracts will include kitchen & bathroom installation, upgrading domestic plumbing as well as reactive repairs.
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet service targets in line with housing standards
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a time-served or SJIB qualified plumber who ideally has experience working in a housing environment, either void housing or occupied properties. Due to the mobile nature of the work, you will need to have a valid UK Driving licence as a van will be provided, and you must be able to commit to a 5-day, 38-hour working week.What you'll get in return
