About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and stimulating learning experiences for children in the Early Years setting. You will help create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where young learners can develop their confidence, communication skills, and love for learning.
You’ll play a key role in supporting children through play-based learning, helping them explore, interact, and develop important early skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children’s learning and development within the Early Years classroom
* Assisting with creative, play-based activities and structured learning
* Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and communication skills
* Helping maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Supporting classroom routines, transitions, and daily activities
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team
* Observing and supporting children’s progress and development

What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or school setting
* A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* A genuine passion for Early Years education
