We are excited to be looking for a new Improvement Business Partner to join our Transformation and QI team.
The Business Partners play a key role in coordinating improvement activities across their clinical group, working alongside clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to drive quality, financial and operational improvement to benefit the patients and communities we serve.
You will provide expertise and project management skills to their designated clinical group and support the Heads of Improvement with delivery of Trust-wide improvement portfolios.
We are looking for applicants with demonstratable experience in delivering improvement and working with multi-professional teams, with a creative attitude to problem solving that will help us achieve our improvement aspirations.

Main duties of the job
The Improvement Business Partner (IBP) role(s) provides a direct link between the Quality Improvement directorate and the clinical groups, providing improvement expertise and project management skills to enable change that will benefit our patients. Supported by the Head(s) of Improvement, the IBP will provide expertise to initiate, drive, support and facilitate a structured approach to the implementation of change, improvement and service transformation work across a broad range of programmes.

Essential criteria
1. Educated to Master’s degree level or equivalent experience
2. Training in service improvement methodologies and systems such as PRINCE2 or LEAN
3. Evidence of continued professional development

4. Qualification at an advanced level in either CI or project management methodologies

22. Demonstratable experience in delivering improvements for our patients, in terms of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
