Phoenix Care Staff is seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Position Details:
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour (excluding holiday pay)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Location: Various locations across the UK
• Start Date: Immediate opportunities available
Candidate Requirements:
• A minimum of 6 months’ paid experience in a UK-based healthcare or care setting
• A professional, empathetic, and person-centred approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a variety of care environments as needed
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting residents with meals and nutritional needs
• Using moving and handling equipment safely and effectively (training provided)
• Promoting a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Performing light housekeeping duties in line with care standards
• Collaborating closely with care teams to uphold best practices
