This role is field-based, covering a cluster of depots within a geographical area. This is a brand new role that gives the successful candidate the opportunity to learn the business before stepping into the role of a Depot Manager should one become available.
Responsibilities
* Support a Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot, and identify and suggest opportunities to grow sales.
* Review the P&L, recruit, lead by example, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong working relationships with the local trade.
* Operate in a fast-paced, competitive and demanding environment, while benefiting from rewarding financial incentives and a strong team spirit.
