We are currently leading independent accountancy firm in Yorkshire who are looking to grow their corporate tax advisory business.
Your new role:
* Lead the delivery of corporate tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients across various sectors
* Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' commercial objectives
* Ensure clients remain compliant with UK and international tax legislation
* Provide expert guidance on corporate tax matters including restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
* Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax computations and returns
* Advise on transfer pricing policies and ensure appropriate documentation is in place
* Manage relationships with HMRC on behalf of clients, including handling enquiries and audits
* Monitor legislative changes and communicate implications to clients and internal teams
* Support clients with tax risk management and governance frameworks
* Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering technical development and client service excellence
* Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients
* Contribute to business development through client relationship management and proposal support
* Drive process improvements and adoption of tax technology within the practice
* Provide tax forecasts and planning support to clients' finance teams
What you'll need to be successful:
* CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified
* UK corporate tax experience working within practice
* Experience with OMBs and larger corporates
