This role involves leading the mobilisation and delivery of heavy maintenance programmes, including strategic production planning, proactive staff engagement initiatives, and championing health and safety best practices across all operations. The successful candidate will foster a culture of ownership and collaboration, keeping teams motivated and aligned with performance goals while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. Candidate Specifications
Background in Engineering or Production leadership, ideally in heavy maintenance
Experience mobilising and managing maintenance programmes
Proven record of proactive team engagement and leadership
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in rail or industrial settings
Engineering qualifications (HNC minimum, degree preferred)
