The Role
You will teach Resistant Materials across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities to support KS5), delivering both theory and hands-on practical lessons. You’ll guide students through working with woods, metals, plastics, CAD/CAM, hand tools, machinery, and the full design process, helping them develop creativity, technical skills, and confidence. You will also play an active role in curriculum development, enrichment activities, and maintaining a safe, well-organised workshop environment with high standards of health and safety.
