Vehicle Technician - Droitwich Spa
1. Basic: Up to £45,000
2. OTE: Up to £55,000
3. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our client, a well-established automotive retailer, is looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop in Droitwich. What you’ll be doing:
16. Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard
17. Completing electrical and mechanical repairs
18. Working on suspension, steering, braking and air conditioning systems
19. Diagnosing and repairing EV and Hybrid vehicles where required
20. Fitting manufacturer-approved accessories and equipment
21. Completing vehicle health checks and digital reports
22. Maintaining accurate service documentation
23. Working collaboratively with the workshop team
What we’re looking for:
24. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar automotive role
25. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or working towards completion)
26. Full UK driving licence
27. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
28. MOT Licence advantageous but not essential
29. EV/Hybrid qualifications beneficial but not essential
