The Role Scope The Systems Analyst (SA) operates within the Technology Team, optimising our companies use of technology systems and infrastructure, and aligning them with our business goals. This demanding and highly valuable role necessitates a 'systems thinking' mindset. You will identify organisational and operational issues and support the development of innovative solutions. You will establish and develop effective working relationships with strategic leaders, technical teams, end users, and specialists. This role demands a detailed understanding of our practices, processes and technical systems to develop a holistic, interconnected perspective. You will analyse how components interact to influence overall system behavior, allowing you to contribute towards efficient, effective, long-term solutions. You will support all forms of change, from traditional projects through to stream-aligned, agile delivery teams. You will be responsible for identifying, defining and communicating non-functional requirements (NFRs), and leading, supporting and guiding on change initiatives, as required.
