Night Support Worker

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Night Support Worker on behalf of one of our clients in their Rehabilitation and Assessment Centre in the Stockton-on-Tees area. This is a temporary role working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts only.
You'll provide person-centred care and support for adults for up to six weeks, promoting independence and recovery.
Key duties:
* Personal, nutritional, social, and emotional care
* Encourage independence and well-being
* Manual handling
* Record keeping and reporting
* Follow all policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Client-focussed with good communication skills
* Enhanced DBS check required
* Experience working within support work (residential or rehabilitation).
