Carer Training and Events Officer
Responsible to: Carer Support Manager
Place of work: Worcester Office (informal hybrid working by agreement)
Hours of work: 24 hours which we envisage will be worked flexibly across the week, including occasional cover for out of hours events, depending on the events booked.
Contract type: Permanent
Pay scale: £26,520 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
The aim of this new role is to provide high-quality training, meaningful events, and opportunities for connection that help carers thrive, not just cope. As our Carers Training & Events Officer, you will be creating experiences that truly matter. From organising training sessions to sourcing uplifting community events, you'll help carers gain the knowledge, confidence, and resilience they need. Your work will directly improve the wellbeing of people who dedicate themselves to caring for others.
