Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Exeter Area Contract: Temporary, Full-Time Pay: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience) About the Role: We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary full-time basis in the Exeter area. You’ll be working alongside friendly teachers to help support the learning and growth of our amazing primary school children. If you love working with kids and want to make a real difference every day, this could be the perfect role for you! What You’ll Be Doing: Helping teachers deliver fun and engaging lessons Supporting children one-on-one or in small groups, including those who might need a little extra help Preparing classroom materials and making sure everything runs smoothly Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a happy learning environment Keeping an eye on how the children are doing and sharing feedback with the team What We’re Looking For: Someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help them shine Good communication skills and a friendly, patient approach Flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed Experience in a classroom or with children is great but not essential – a positive attitude is what matters most!
