The Role
As Social Media Manager you successfully administer the social media marketing and advertising accounts for 4 interrelated brands across the following sectors: A humanitarian charity, an ecological charity, music, wellness, words and business. Your role is to swiftly and sustainably build a vibrant and enthusiastic online community of millions of loyal fans. As such, you create, curate, and schedule content that best reflects the brands voices. You manage campaigns, study analytics to ensure steady growth and increase engagement. You will be responsible for the first impression of our branding in the eyes and ears of the public on social media, streaming platforms and mailing lists.

Your Duties
· Engaging fully, enthusiastically, and wholeheartedly in the artist's name on social media.
· Staying current on daily conversations and trends; monitoring all relevant brand and topic mentions
· Developing relationships, and securing placements, with highly followed and on-brand bloggers, podcasters, influencers, curators, and others
· Monitoring analytics to measure your success and proposing immediate strategic adjustments as needed
· Documenting your work clearly for future reference
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with company goals and brand identity.
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Rednote, Snapchat, Discord, Flickr, Tumblr, Pinterest, Weibo, Reddit, YouTube).
* Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics; adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and design to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices; experiment with new tools and formats to keep our content fresh.
* Create and manage social media advertising campaigns for optimal ROI.
* Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships or community collaborations that amplify our message.
* Manage mailing lists and create curated content.

Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or exceptional portfolio of proven work.
* Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for a brand or organization.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice as needed.
* Keen eye for visual storytelling—comfortable working with graphics/video tools or collaborating with designers.
* A data-driven mindset; ability to interpret analytics reports and translate findings into action steps.
* Excellent organizational skills: able to manage calendars, plan campaigns ahead of time, and juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
* PPC/social ad campaign management experience is highly valued.
* Experience working in fast-paced industries or startups is a plus
* Keen understanding of current trends in digital culture and viral content creation.
