IT Project Manager
Location: Finsbury Park (occasionally travel to Manchester). Experience: 5+ years in IT Project Management.
Overview
Join the WPS team at Wates Group to lead IT investment strategies and high-impact projects across our property services business. Work with the Facilities Management Business Analyst to define requirements, select suppliers, ensure compliance, and implement robust project processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead IT projects within the Operational Application Programme.
* Define scope, outputs, timelines and budgets.
* Manage risks, compliance reporting and supplier selection.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
* Drive projects using Agile and formal methodologies.
* Ensure successful delivery of technical and business solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
* 5+ years as an IT Project Manager.
* Experience with PRINCE2 (or similar) and Agile.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Organised and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities.
* FM sector (Facilities Management) experience is a plus.
