Following recent growth, we are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the OP team!

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
5. Build relationships with clients and understand hiring needs across different sectors
6. Source and speak to candidates looking for new temporary and permanent opportunities
7. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
8. Ensure recruitment specific compliance within your role
9. Work towards targets, both individually and within a team

Hours of Work
40 hours per week with hours worked between :
8am ’til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am ’til 3pm on a Friday.
