Job Description:
Reporting to the Omnichannel Training Manager EMEA and being part of the OMNI Training team, our Field Trainer's key focus will be the Central Europe retail network, developing the retail teams through induction, training, and coaching on the floor, contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the Area, country, and store.
Responsibilities
* Ensure a consistent onboarding and induction process for all new hires, including Managers and office staff.
* Lead and facilitate trainings, workshops, and programs to enhance selling skills and customer focus.
* Collaborate with the Buying team to deliver product training.
* Support new store openings and project rollouts with the Omnichannel team.
* Assist in in-store clienteling initiatives.
* Support OMNI services through training and integration into sales processes.
* Provide coaching on selling skills on the shop floor, including coaching store managers.
* Enhance the format of morning briefs to be more interactive and educational.
* Initiate and conduct training activities aligned with business needs.
* Act as a role model on the shop floor, supporting sales when necessary.
Competencies
* 3-5 years of leadership experience with proven team development skills, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
* Shopfloor experience is essential.
* Experience in training and coaching.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and PC devices.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
